📜 Refund & Return Policy

At Gonaturale, customer satisfaction is important to us.

1. Returns

  • Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery.

  • Products must be unused, sealed, and in original packaging.

  • Opened or used personal care products are non-returnable.

2. Damaged or Wrong Product

  • Report within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos.

  • Replacement or refund will be processed after verification.

3. Refund Process

  • Refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days after approval.

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable.

  • COD refunds will be processed via bank transfer/UPI.

4. Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled before shipment only.
